The White House - Press Office - Executive Order: Use of Project Labor Agreements for Federal Construction Projects

Obama quietly signed this executive order in the third week of his administration to mandate the use of union labor only for Federal projects. At first I was angry, but then I realized that maybe they would destroy our Government like they have our educational system, auto manufacturers and other heavy industries, then we could get back to a Constitutional American government.

Sure to happen, but it will be an excruciating wait.
