What about the Constitution?

Senate Approves D.C. Voting Rights Bill With Gun Amendment - D.C. Wire -

The vote taken today is in direct contradiction to the Constitution. All they need to do is run an amendment through, have it ratified and it would be legal. Right now it's political chaos.
