This speech may be considered Mike Pence's breakout speech, much like Reagan's historic "A Time for Choosing" speech of 1964. Written in a classic tone, it is completely unlike the typical MTV award acceptance speech of our current crop of celebrity politicians.
Heavy on history, values and duty, it is an incredible dissertation on the American Presidency. A must read!
