Check out the problems as they are reported at the ourvotelive.org website. Built by the Electronic Frontiers Foundation, it is providing at least one way of keeping track of voter issues nationwide.
Problems run from the silly and trivial, like not receiving a sample ballot in the mail; to serious such as voting machine failure and possible voter intimidation.
